The man lives in a house with his wife who is 78. They have been

married for 48 years and have 2 children who live out of state. His

wife has osteoporosis and cataracts.

You enter the house to find the man in a reclining chair sleeping in the

living room. You notice a cane next to the chair.

His wife is at the kitchen table. Her head is down and she is a bit

slumped over. You notice that there are dishes overflowing in the

sink and that there are piles of unopened mail and papers scattered

all over the kitchen table.
